How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Fickle account and all associated data:

Send an email to:

Use the email address

associated with your Fickle account

Subject line:

Account Deletion

Include in your email:

Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your email address

All personal identification data

Voice captures

All transcriptions and text captures

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days

Deleted data may remain in system backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

This action is permanent

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered

All data will be lost

Your captures, categories, and settings cannot be restored after deletion
